FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP’S 30TH COMMUNITY DAY 2023

CRAFT SHOW APPLICATION

LOCATION: Mary F. Janvier School, Pennsylvania Ave. & Rt. 538 (Coles Mill Rd.) Franklinville, NJ 08322

DATE: Saturday, September 23, 2023* (Rain Date Sept. 24, 2023) FEE: $35.00

TIME: 12:00 noon Until Fireworks (Crafters may NOT break down until after 6:00 p.m.)

AGREEMENT

1. Exhibitors will assume sole responsibility for their exhibit and will not hold the Twp. of Franklin responsible for any loss, theft, destruction of property or any personal injury which might be suffered in the course of the Craft Show.

2. All items sold: MUST BE HAND CRAFTED!

 No flea market or manufactured items or used merchandise may be sold.

 NO FOOD, BEVERAGES, OR MANUFACTURED NOVELTY ITEMS ARE TO BE SOLD.

 NO FACE PAINTING ALLOWED.

 STRICTLY CRAFTS ONLY ARE TO BE SOLD!

 A photocopy of your display & craft would be appreciated.

 Crafters are no longer required to donate to the Chinese Auction.

3. Craft show exhibitors are required to set up between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the event morning. Entry to grounds is off Stanton Avenue only. All vehicles must be removed to parking lot by 11:00 AM

4. Please arrange your display so that no empty cartons or crates are visible, or a hazard to pedestrian traffic.

5. You are required to bring your own tables, chairs, displays etc. (no power is power is provided) We provide a 12’ x 12’ space

6. Break down is not until 6:00 PM

7. Your payment sent with this application will reserve your space. (Certain locations are not guaranteed) You MUST enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope with your application in order to receive set up instructions for the day of the event.

8. Applications & deposits must be received by September 15, 2023. Mail Application to:
